FAQ’s:

Does your assistant have great communication skills?

Yes! When you sign up you will be asked about the skills you require your assistant to have.   We all have a great grasp of the English language.

How do I communicate with my assistant?

We can be contacted via phone, email, Skype,  or any other form of communication you prefer.

Are the assistants fluent in English (no accent)?

All assistants are USA-born and speak English without an accent.

What is the education level of my assistant?

Your dedicated virtual assistant have college degrees and different backgrounds in a variety of fields.

How do you manage confidentiality?

All assistants go through an extensive background check and are bonded.

What happens if my VA uses my credit card inappropriately?

This has never happened.  BUT in the unlikely event this happens we would request a chargeback for you.

How do you track time?

We track all time spent working on your tasks.  We can send you daily reports with all of the activities your assistant has worked on and what tasks are pending. Additionally if you want we can send you a weekly report on all the time dedicated to your tasks (on hourly plans).

What happens if I go over some hours?

You will be notified by our customer relations manager and we will give you the option to upgrade your plan.

Are there any hidden or additional costs in hiring your virtual assistants?

No. Your monthly fee covers everything. It includes scanning, emailing, data input, etc., and unlimited calls throughout the US.

What type of programs can the assistant use?

All of the assistants have experience using Microsoft Office and most scheduling software.

Do you have good internet connection?

Yes we have high speed internet.

Is there a contract?

No. You are billed monthly in advance. There is no cancellation fee or penalty of any kind.
